Extra Virgin Olive Oil “BIOLOGICO” (ORGANIC) is cold pressed within 24 hours from the collection of the olives grown according to organic farming; a mix of local varieties obtained mostly from ‘Coratina’ and ‘Cima di Melfi’, cultivated by using only natural and non-synthetic products.
It has a bright green colour with golden reflections and a fresh and intense aroma. The flavour is medium fruity with hints of green leaf, slightly bitter and spicy.
Ideal for: seasoning rich flavoured dishes, fish, meat, grilled vegetables and salads.

Advice and combinations

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a genuine product obtained from the simple pressing of olives and does not require the addition of preservatives, but only careful storage in a cool place, away from light and heat sources, limiting the most contact with air possible.
Organic EVO oil is ideal for seasoning strong and strong dishes, grilled vegetables, salads, bruschetta and friselle.
