Extra Virgin Olive Oil “DELICATO” (DELICATE) is cold pressed within 24 hours from the collection of the olives; a mix of local varieties obtained mostly from ‘Cellina’, ‘Ogliarola’, ‘Leccina’ and ‘Frantoio’.
It has a golden yellow colour with golden green reflections and a delicate and light olive aroma. The flavour is light fruity followed by gently bitter and spicy aftertaste.
Ideal for: seasoning seafood dish, roasted meat or fish and other delicate dishes.

Advice and combinations

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a genuine product obtained by simply pressing the olives and does not require the addition of preservatives, but only careful storage in a cool place, away from light and heat sources, limiting contact with the air as much as possible.
“Delicate” EVO oil is ideal for seasoning raw or steamed fish dishes, roasts and delicate dishes in general.
