Apulia has a natural agricultural landscape characterised by expanses of marvellous and ancient olive trees which are interspersed with precious ‘Primitivo’ vineyards.
In the heart of the Apulian Ionian area, the olive oil mill of Motolese family has been running the olive oil production since 1958. Everything started with Mr. Cosimo who was passionate about the cold pressed olive oil with granite stones and hydraulic presses.

Since 2007, following a new generational change, Gianfranco Motolese has been pursuing the path of evolution and progress.
